Lacquered Workshop

Before we apply the lacquer finish, our team inspects the base item for color and measurement. Once it passes our quality check, we’ll affix the tracking sticker to the back of the panel prior to applying the lacquer finish on top. We apply the base coat and let the items dry for 3 to 4 hours before sanding. Overall, we apply three rounds of base coat and sanding for a perfect finish. We can use a sanding machine on flat surfaces; however, shaping doors require more expensive, sanding by hand
